It is the strict policy of AITLAmericasm that all insurance defense attorneys and any attorneys who represent any trucking company in any capacity whatsoever be denied membership in AITLAmericasm, denied attendance at its CLEs, and denied access to its confidential membership materials.

By submitting this application, each person doing so verifies that they do not represent any insurance company in any capacity or any trucking company in any capacity. They also verify that they do not do any personal injury defense work, and that they agree not to provide any AITLAmericasm materials posted on the AITLAmericasm members only portion of the AITLAmericasm website or provided at our AITLAmericasm CLEs to anyone who is not an AITLAmericasm member, at any time, either during or after their membership term.

If it is later determined that any person submitting this membership form has breached these terms, or falsified any portion of this form, their membership will be subject to immediate suspension and termination without refund.
